We explain all the options you have. We answer any questions you may have about
the process. Our goal is to make the process simple and straightforward. We take your situation
and give you a range of options and solutions from which to choose.
For most mortgages the lenders pay us directly. There is no cost to you. There is a
tremendous upside in terms of obtaining the best rate, minimizing time utilized and maximizing
convenience.
2. We are Client Advocates.
We are there to help you get the best possible mortgage that suits your needs. We try
to maintain excellent standards in terms of customer service and ethics, and view ourselves as
strong advocates for the client.
It pleasantly surprises many clients that if they call us a year or two after the fact,
they are treated with the same degree of respect. Our philosophy is that the client must be very
happy with the process. Happy clients spread the word and they are by far our largest source of
business. Past clients are our bread and butter.
As your situation changes you may find yourself needing advice. Our role is to give you
neutral and unbiased advice to resolve any questions or issues that arise.
