Over the years, we have done extensive institutional and private investing on behalf of banks and wealthy clients. The key thought we have is we treat every mortgage as though it was our own money. The bank or trust company or investor is a true partner in this.
With investors this has served us very well. People have received good compensation with minimized risk. It works out well for clients because sometimes theyt can obtain a mortgage where they normally might not. Again, it is vital with a private wealthy investor, that we have a game plan and an exit strategy built in. There are institutions which are excellent at dealing with default management, but it is not something with which are comfortable and not recommend an individual taking on that role.
We want to provide our clients with great rates, product and service. This is our goal.
Feedback from the lender is vital. We want to promote efficiencies in every way we can.
Time is money and we don't want to waste it. Our relationship is vital and we welcome your ideas and input.
We keep to strict guidelines for customer service. If there are any issues you have with any of us, let us know. Likewise if a client has any issues with a lender, we will advocate to resolve that issue to everyone's satisfaction.
Our lenders are our partners and we will do everything we can to make it mutually beneficial.
